About the Role

In your role as a Product Marketing Specialist (Membership), your primary focus will be on enhancing subscription marketing efforts at Mindvalley. This will involve developing and executing creative strategies to optimize conversion rates and average order value (AOV). You'll also be responsible for planning strategic campaigns to effectively promote subscription offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution, and closely aligning with the advertising team to leverage insights for informed marketing strategies. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on campaign performance will be essential in your efforts to continuously improve subscription marketing results and make a substantial impact on subscription revenue.

Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Optimization

    • Lead the development of creative strategies to enhance subscription marketing efforts.
    • Continuously optimize marketing campaigns to drive both conversion rates and average order value (AOV).

Campaign Planning

    • Develop and execute strategic campaign plans to promote subscription offerings effectively.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Collaboration with Advertising Team

    • Work closely with the advertising team to align marketing efforts with advertising campaigns.
    • Leverage advertising insights to inform subscription marketing strategies.

KPI Monitoring and Reporting

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to subscription marketing.
    • Report on campaign performance and use insights to optimize strategies for better results.

Technical Competencies:

  • Creative Strategy: Proficiency in developing innovative and effective creative strategies to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Expertise in optimizing conversion rates and AOV through data-driven approaches and testing.
  • Campaign Planning: Skill in planning and executing strategic marketing campaigns to achieve subscription goals.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and KPIs to make data-backed decisions and optimizations.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially the advertising team, to align marketing efforts.

Soft Competencies:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying marketing strategies and reporting results effectively.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on subscription marketing and CRO.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and subscription marketing platforms.
  • Proven track record of successful subscription marketing campaigns.
