I love working in Mindvalley for 3 main reasons. First, for the culture that allows everyone to raise their doubt about the teams' direction. Second, there is no politics here in Mindvalley, but lots of family kind of love to each others. Last but not least, the environment is very encouraging for everyone to grow not only from a career point of view, but for personal growth too.
