About the Role

The People Operations Specialist at Mindvalley will play a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing the efficiency of our HR processes to support our mission of personal growth and innovation. This role involves collaborating with HR leadership to refine HR workflows, maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance, and leveraging technology to advance HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a champion of continuous improvement, adept at managing HR projects, and committed to optimizing the employee experience.

Responsibilities

Process Design and Optimization:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to design, implement, and optimize HR processes across all functions.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in existing HR processes.

Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of HR processes, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Ensure all documentation is current, accessible, and compliant with regulations.

Service Provider Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between HR and external service providers for payroll, benefits, and other services.
  • Regularly assess and manage service provider performance.

Data Integrity and Reporting:

  • Oversee data management in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate reports for data-driven decision-making and monitor key HR metrics.

Project Management:

  • Manage a range of internal HR projects including technology implementations and organizational changes.
  • Ensure project objectives align with business goals and are delivered effectively.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Keep abreast of HR technology trends to continually enhance Mindvalley’s HR operations.
  • Conduct regular audits for continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and data management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for data reporting and metrics analysis.
  • Experience in project management, with a track record of successful HR technology implementations.
  • Knowledge of current HR technology trends and the ability to apply them to improve HR operations.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions to enhance HR operations.
  • Leadership qualities, capable of driving projects and initiatives forward while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, with a proven track record in process design, implementation, and optimization across HR functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining HR documentation, including workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Experienced in managing and evaluating external HR service providers, including payroll and benefits services.
  • Skilled in HR data management, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data, and proficient in generating reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Successful management of HR projects, including technology implementations and organizational changes, with a focus on aligning with business goals.
  • Up-to-date with HR technology trends, with experience in integrating new technologies to improve HR operations and employee experience.
  • Proven ability to conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in HR operations and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a capability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes.
