About the Role

Joining as a Product Manager for Learning you will help us do build THE learning platform that delivers personal transformation, that helps people live conscious and fulfilled lives every day. Our signature pillars are small-bite size content, habitual action-driving content, best authors in their fields, community engagement. Currently we have a community of over 5 million students and we’re growing rapidly.

You will own the development of learning features to ensure that every Mindvalley student succeed in their learning journey, to ensure that Mindvalley courses have the highest completion rate and NPS score in the industry.

You’ll work with various teams on learning features like quests, channels, meditations, and other formats of content delivery, assessments, community management, gamification.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Build the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that we are building the right products excellently.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, product managers, and counterparts across the business to scope effective solutions and ensure that we’re building excellent products.
  • Interact directly with learners, educators, other product managers, and stakeholders from across the company to understand and prioritize emerging product needs.
  • Be on top of the latest trends in education tech, community management solutions, gamification.
  • Coordinate deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams not only within technology but also of other departments (such as learning teams, marketing, technology, and customer support) to make the best strategic decisions and investments.

Requirements

Product area expertise:

  • Experience in education technology or online media/entertainment service

Product management experience:

  • At least 3 years of Experience in Product Management in software development
  • Hands-on experience of software development with a team
  • Experience of working with feature teams or interdisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with software development basic principles, SCRUM methodology and Agile Development

Interpersonal skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Command of the English Language, both written and spoken
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Be able to work in multicultural fast-paced environment
