As our Mobile Apps Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for driving user and revenue growth through our native iOS and Android mobile apps (Mindvalley, Omvana, etc).

You will develop, plan, and execute the marketing strategy for our Mindvalley app. Additionally, you'll be involved with creating new apps and determining the feasibility of venturing into new app topics and niches. You must be a highly collaborative, experienced, data driven self-starter able to manage multiple products and priorities in a fast paced environment. You'll be responsible for growing app installs, DAU/MAU and revenue of the Mindvalley app for iOS and Android by acquiring new, engaged customers and retaining existing ones using various acquisition and retention strategies. You will be running various tests and experiments to find winning strategies and tactics for creating and maintaining consistent growth across all KPIs.
It is also important that you are able to partner with key internal teams to develop and execute all marketing initiatives for assigned titles including paid mobile user acquisition, synergy campaigns, email efforts, partnership marketing, and asset creation. You'll work closely with an amazing team of amazing individuals, ranging from the word's best UX experts and designers to iOS/Android developers, data analysts, marketers and engineers.
The Mobile Apps Marketing Specialist is expected to possess a wide set of skills including mobile marketing strategy and execution, experience with subscription services, creative direction, rigorous analysis, identification of opportunities for optimisation, application and management of optimisations, frequent communication, collaboration with others throughout the organisation, and ongoing self-education, all accomplished with a highly productive work ethic and the highest levels of professionalism.
