About the Role

We are on a mission to create a safe space for Mindvalley Tribe members to enhance their learning. We aim to humanize online learning experiences by creating platforms for everyone to engage, connect, share, and evolve by simply being imperfect and vulnerable.

Our Tribe is as powerful as its members. What this means is - we’ll come together more intimately, intensely, and frequently than ever before in our online communities and and help the members live their Quest.

In this role you can choose to be based out of our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or our offices in Tallinn, Estonia.

What we do:

  • Community engagement on our Facebook communities
  • Vlogging to engage the tribe members
  • Group and individual calls with the tribe members
  • Coaching
  • Tribe building (initiation, rituals, traditions, values, symbolism, rewards & recognition)
  • Live call moderation with program authors
  • Tribe members' customer support (effectively diagnose and solve day-to-day customer concerns and issues )
  • Feedback delivery for all the teams involved in the program creation to improve the customer experience

The person in this role will help to:

  • Amplify Tribe Engagement
  • Increase Mindvalley Program Completion Rates
  • Build a Community

You are welcome in our team if you resemble the following:

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent in communication on video
  • Charismatic and engaging
  • Excellent problem solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Innovative mind and a self-starter mindset
  • Competent and comfortable with technology
  • Passion for personal development and Mindvalley’s content
  • Ability to grow and learn in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Motivated by communicating with customers and helping others all day, every day
  • Background and/or interest in psychology, coaching, social media, communication, or technology is an asset.
