About Lifebook

The Lifebook Program helps individuals create a crystal-clear Life Vision by helping them discover what they want out of life. Through a mix of thought-provoking content, deep self-reflection and powerful group exercises, it facilitates the process of thinking through and articulating exactly what one wants in every important area of life. In addition, you’ll explore why you want it and what you need to do to get it.

Participants emerge from the Lifebook Program with a crystal-clear vision of the person they want to become and the life they want to live. All beautifully documented in their own personal Lifebook, the most powerful personal development tool you could ever own. 

 

Responsibilities

Visionary Leadership

  • Work with Vishen Lakhiani, founder of Mindvalley, and Jon Butcher, founder of Lifebook, in setting the vision for the Lifebook suite of products as a vision carrier.

Strategic Outlook

  • Be able to translate the vision of Lifebook into annual and quarterly strategic objectives and be the carrier and ambassador of Lifebook within Mindvalley's strategy. This means you make sure that strategy, priorities and projects are aligned based on OVERALL Mindvalley strategy.
  • Be the representative of Lifebook in the cadence of meetings and touchpoints. YOU ARE the Lifebook person in Mindvalley - so everything Lifebook goes through you.
  • Reporting and accountability for the necessary success numbers and KPI's for the Lifebook suite of products.
Execution
  • You are accountable to all projects and initiatives that are under Lifebook - if necessary, roll up your sleeves, and get into the action with all the different specialist teams to run Lifebook related projects (marketing, creatives, operations, the current Lifebook team, and facilitators).
  • Everything else that might come up to ensure the success of the Lifebook product suite.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful brand and/or product management (3+ years of experience); i.e should have experience with Marketing, Customers, Stakeholder Management, Project Management, Digital Marketing
  • Able to operate within low and high context environments as this deals with translating vision into strategy and execution well.
  • Deeply familiar with and a fan of Lifebook - you should love Lifebook and Mindvalley if you're going to do this job.
  • Willingness to work full-time from the Mindvalley HQs in Kuala Lumpur.
